COACH PARKING FOR SHEPTON MALLET CARNIVALWednesday 9th November 2011 7.30 pm start |
For official coach parking please enquire at mail@sheptomalletcarnival.org.uk giving size of coach and approximate passenger number. The parking fee is £75.00 per coach, this will include a free souvenir programme (normally £1.00 each) for each of your passengers. Please make your cheque payable to: Shepton Mallet Carnival ltd Send to: The Treasurer, Mrs P. Clifford, 61, Compton Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset. BA4 5QT Please give company name, size of coach and approximate seat/passenger number. Once a booking has been confirmed with payment, you will be issued with an receipt A few weeks before Carnival you will be sent your information pack which will include a card to display in the coach window, a map, time and parking arrangements. programmes will be delivered to the coach. You will find a variety of Coffee Shops, Cafe`s, Take Away`s, Pubs and Mobile Caters within walking distance from the Coach Park. Roads start closing from 1800 hours

IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED YOUR COACH IN PLEASE PARK AT THE END OF THE ROUTE (AS BELOW) (East Shepton) Crown Trading Estate BA4 5QQ and Mendip Avenue BA4 4PE just off Fosse Lane. (where the new Dobbies Garden Centre is) Dobbies car park will remain open until 11.00 pm both are marked with a blue balloon on the Google map.
